MY Blue Storm is 39 meters long and accommodates 24 guests in 11 cabins. Completed in 2020, she was purpose-built for divers and features spacious sun decks and full dive facilities including free Nitrox. As the newest vessel in the Blue Planet fleet, she represents the crew’s pride and sails year-round to classic Red Sea routes – from northern wrecks to the marine parks of Brothers, Daedalus, Rocky, and Zabargad.
Launched in 2020, the MY Blue Storm welcomes up to 24 guests in eleven stylish cabins, each with private bathroom. Accommodation includes doubles and twins across the lower and main decks, plus two upper deck doubles with sea views.
Measuring 39 meters, this steel liveaboard combines modern design with spacious comfort, making it one of the most modern safari boats in the Red Sea.
We recommend that you book your international flight to and from Hurghada International airport (HRG) or Marsa Alam International airport (RMF), depending on your departure port. Both airports are served by many airlines and charter companies from all over the world. A representative of Blue Planet will meet guests at the airport and escort them to the yacht.
Please note that these times may vary depending on the itinerary so please check your cruise confirmation carefully. Depending on your onward plans, you can either transfer directly to the airport or check into a hotel to enjoy the Egyptian hospitality a little longer.

The Blue Planet itinerary selection is widely varied and covers the entire Egyptian Red Sea, with something to offer for all divers … from the wide open national parks of the Brothers and Daedalus, wreck diving in the north or the stunning reefs of the deep south.
The final itinerary is, of course, always dependent upon weather, sea conditions and where the best animal sightings are at any particular time of year

Dive sites vary, with something for everyone on most itineraries. Currents are the norm in many spots so on several itineraries it is recommended that divers have experience beyond beginner level to ensure maximum enjoyment. Always check with us for the most suitable itinerary for your experience and certification. On a typical day there are up to four dives and two on the last day.
