Meals are served in the dining room, separated for maximum comfort from the salon area.  The menus are varied and delicious and include barbecues and local & international cuisine. For breakfast you'll find fresh fruits, hot entrees, cereals and juices.  Lunches are buffet-style, featuring hot soups, homemade breads, salads and sandwiches and/or entrees. Dinners are diverse, including seafood, beef or chicken with homemade desserts to top off the meal.

Soft drinks, ice tea, beer, and wine are complimentary.

DIVING & ITINERARIES
The Okeanos Aggressor offers 8-day charters, Saturday to Sunday, with 5 days of diving or 10-day charters, Tuesday to Friday, with 7 days of diving. You will generally have up to three dives a day.

The best diving in the waters surrounding Cocos is done from dinghies. You can make 4 dives a day: 3 scheduled dinghy dives and an optional night dive. Night diving is offered most nights and is at the discretion of the dive master. The pangas are 22 feet in length and there is plenty of room for camera equipment.

Weather permitting, guests will be taken to the island for a hiking tour.

WHAT WILL I SEE?
Of course, every trip is different, but amongst the possibilities are hammerheads, white tips, black tips, silkies, whale sharks, marble rays, eagle rays, mobula rays and manta rays.  In addition, you can expect turtles, snapper, yellow fin tuna, green jacks and dolphins.  Often there are sailfish, wahoos, yellowtail grunts, rainbow runners, red lip batfish, frogfish, garden eels turtles, octopus and even black coral.

WHAT ABOUT THE WEATHER?
During the winter, water temperature ranges between 73 and 78F, while in the summer it warms up to 78 - 80F.

A wetsuit is highly recommended. A 3mm inch suit with hood and booties is generally sufficient for most divers.
The rainy season is from May through November. Cocos Island supports a true tropical rain forest and receives an abundance of rain, particularly around the mountain peaks. Overcast skies and frequent showers are common.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

Accommodation, diving, transportation from the San Jose host hotels (there are two) to Puntarenas on day of arrival and departure, meals and snacks.  Non-alcoholic and local alcoholic beverages are also included in the rate.
